Implant systems

We use internationally recognised implant systems. Dr Oresti Taci selects the appropriate system for each patient's clinical situation.

How is the implant selected?

There is no single implant system that is best for everyone. Dr Oresti Taci makes the selection after a clinical assessment, considering bone structure, function, appearance and, where possible, the patient's preferences.

Restorative materials

Materials are selected according to tooth position, functional and aesthetic needs, and the planned restoration.

Material	Main use
Zirconia	Final restorations: high strength and aesthetics.
Ceramic	Restorations where a natural appearance is a priority.
Premium resin (Ivoclar / VITA)	Temporary stages and selected final restorations.

Titanium bars

Metal support structures for restorations anchored to multiple implants. We use Mesa Italia titanium bars, model Magnum HyperOne.

No material suits every patient: the choice depends on the clinical case.

Technology

✔ 3D cone beam CT — three-dimensional images of the bone for precise implant planning.
✔ Intraoral scanner — digital impressions without traditional impression materials.
✔ Surgical room — a dedicated environment organised for control and precision.
✔ Sterilisation — comprehensive instrument decontamination and sterilisation protocols.
✔ PRP centrifuge — concentrates prepared from the patient's own blood, where indicated.

Regenerative surgery

When bone volume is insufficient, Dr Oresti Taci may consider regenerative surgery to rebuild bone before or during implant treatment.

These procedures may involve bone grafts, including human-derived bone where clinically indicated, protected by membranes or titanium mesh during healing. In some cases, concentrates prepared from the patient's own blood (PRP) are used to support healing.

Dr Oresti Taci determines the appropriate approach after assessing the individual's bone structure. This information does not replace a clinical consultation.

Implant passport

• What it is — a document recording the implants used in your treatment.
• What it contains — the implant system, brand, model and other identifying details.
• Why it is useful — it helps a dentist identify the implant system used, even years later. Share it with your dentist at home for future care.

Warranty

• A warranty of 10 years on implants, subject to the clinic's written terms, regular check-ups and professional cleaning at least once a year. Confirm coverage, exclusions and travel costs in advance.
• The implants used are documented in your implant passport.
